Patient Portal

Our electronic medical record has a secure messaging system/portal; we encourage all patients to sign up. Please ask the front desk staff to Web enable your child's account. You will receive an email with instructions, the portal URL, code, and username. You will create your own password and have the ability to reset it. Once you have portal access you will be able to:


1. View Visit Summary, Referrals, and Medications.
2. View Labs, Immunization Records
3. Send a non-urgent message to the doctor, request a referral, ask a billing question, or communicate with the front desk. These messages are reviewed Monday-Friday, within 48-72 hours. You will get our attention faster by phone, please call our office for urgent matters.
4. Updates to your account (change of insurance, address, phone, etc.)
